Perfect for beginners, or the seasoned participant that wants to get back to basics." This class focuses on proper technique and form to ensure efficient rowing and prevent injury. You'll learn the basics of the rowing stroke and build confidence on the machine.

Move through quick transitions between rowing and full-body floor exercises to maximize your anaerobic threshold. This class goes by super quick and allows you four opportunities for a 3 min floor block. You are going to LOVE this quick paced class.

Grab your weights & feel the burn! Build strength through floor exercises to increase power on the rower. This class has rowing in the beginning and the end of the class and has a TWENTY MINUTE floor block in the middle. If you want to build some STRENGTH... this is the class for you!

Is rowing suitable for beginners?

Absolutely! Our Rowing Fundamentals class is specifically designed for newcomers. Our experienced instructors will guide you through proper technique and form to ensure you get the most out of your workout safely and effectively. Rowing is effort based, so classes can be dialed up or down based upon your abilities.  

How often should I attend rowing classes?

For best results, we recommend 3-4 classes per week, allowing for recovery days between sessions. Many members see significant improvements in strength, endurance, and body composition within 4-6 weeks of consistent training.

Is rowing low-impact?
Is it safe for my joints?

Rowing machines are considered low-impact exercise equipment, making them a joint-friendly option for people looking to stay active. The rowing motion engages multiple muscle groups while minimizing stress on the joints. For those with joint difficulties or those healing from joint injuries, this makes it a great option.
